The Venkatesh Multistate Mobile Banking service offers convenient access to multiple accounts, featuring a comprehensive suite of smart banking functionalities. It supports seamless fund transfers to own accounts, other bank accounts, and third-party accounts via NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS methods. Users can view account balances and obtain mini statements for savings, current, and cash credit accounts.

The application has integrated Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) billers, allowing users to fetch and pay bills for services such as MSEB, gas, insurance, and more. Additionally, it provides options for browsing recharge plans for operators like Jio, Vodafone, Idea, and Airtel, as well as paying bills and viewing billing history.

The platform supports multiple payment methods, including QR code-based payments and easy-to-use fund transfer options. Users can also request money and share receipts via WhatsApp. The app provides location services to find the nearest branch, ATM, service point, or agent based on current location.

Enhanced user interface and validation have been implemented in accordance with BBPS guidelines, along with minor bug fixes. The service also includes mobile and DTH recharges with recharge history tracking. Multiple languages are supported, including English, Hindi, and Marathi.
